West Virginia

Barred from West Virginia school meals E102

West Virginia HB 2354 has barred Yellow 5 (E102) from school nutrition programs since August 1, 2025. A statewide ban due January 1, 2028 is on hold under a preliminary injunction (December 23, 2025) while the state appeals.

European Union
