Acid (Citric Acid). Black Pepper Extract. Recommend - ed use: Mix 19 g powder (1 scoops, inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker and drink 30-60 minutes before exercise. Advice: Contains caffeine (200 mg/day ration) and synephrine (6 mg/day ration). Not suitable for minors, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with hypertension or cardiovascular diseases. Consult a physician if taking medication. Stop taking if there are signs of restlessness or nervousness. No more than 21 mg of synephrine per day should be taken from all food sources.
