ZUBEREITUNG: Reis gut waschen. 1 Tasse Reis und 1 1/2 Tassen leicht gesalzenes, kaltes Wasser in einen Topf geben und aufkochen lassen. Bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 15 Minuten mit Deckel köcheln, bis der Reis das Wasser aufgenommen hat. Topf vom Herd nehmen und ca. 10 Minuten mit Deckel stehen lassen.
